Proper storage and use of lithium ion battery for agv is a sufficient condition to keep the battery healthy.
If the ambient humidity is ≤75%RH, temperature -20~35℃, storage time ≤7 days for voltage >51V;
If the ambient humidity ≤ 75% RH, temperature -20~35℃, voltage 48V ~51V when long-term storage, 3 months need to be activated once. Keep the voltage at 48V ~51V;
Long-term (>7 days) storage at high voltage (voltage ≥51V) is prohibited.
Please activate the battery every 3 months as below:
0.2C charge to 54.75V, leave it for 5 minutes, then discharge 45V with 0.5C, leave it for 5 minutes, 0.2C charge 51V.
